BBQing for me has always been a passion. I started a very long time ago on a tiny grill that I propped up on bricks. I experimented with several different types of grills and cooking styles which have lead me to where I am today.

I specialize in low and slow-smoke BBQ. I love the flavor the longer cook times bring to the food. Although I LOVE a good smoked BBQ, I often grill food the good old fashion way.

The trailer I cook on is something that I began building as a hobby. As I started to see problems arise, I added what was need to become a complete mobile caterer.

Most of my energy for grilling comes from the solar panels that are installed. I require very little electricity, if any at all and am able to BBQ just about anywhere!
